Wufoo is an online form creation appliaction. It is also Internet-based and users do not need to install software. The application is able to fully function online. The application provides all the tool and elements that are needed to create every part of the online form. It creates the questions and stores the information until the form is ready to be presented. In addition to creating forms, the Wufoo application provide reporting features which makes it easier to collect the data and provide reports. Users of the application can build professional looking forms within a few minutes. These forms can be used right away. The Wufoo application does all the work including the hosting of the online form and making it available to users. The Wufoo application takes care of all the backend features that are necessary to create an online form.

The Wufoo application was launched in July 2006 by Kevin Hale and Ryan and Chris Campbell. The organization has also received funding from investors including YCombinator. The Wufoo team have also launched other websites including Treehousemagazine.com and ParticleTree.com. In additon the Wufoo application was acquired by SurveyMonkey for $35 million in April 2011.
